This website is intended to inform the public about the Workshop on Accelerator Programming Using Directives, which has been hosted together with the SuperComputing conference series since 2014. Responsible for the content are the workshop chairs as listed in Committees. Our website address is: .
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
This website does not collect any personal data. Access logging is enabled, however, the last two octets of your IP are set to 0 to preserve anonymity.
User generated content is disabled. The contact form does not store any information after sending the content of the form to the organizers.
Comments
The comment functionality is disabled, hence no user information is stored.
Contact forms
The contact form converts the data you have inserted into an email which is sent to the workshop organizers, the contact form information is not stored. To protect from email spam, the contact form uses Google’s ReCaptcha v3 technology and embeds content from Google. For that content Googles Privacy Policy applies.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site do not include external content (except links to external pages) with the exception of the Captcha of the contact form as mentioned before.
Analytics
All logging and analytics functions for the website are enabled, but set to preserve anonymity by setting the last two octets of your IP address to 0. Access logs are deleted after 10 days, aggregated web access statistics, generated by the tool “Webalizer” using the default configuration, are stored indefinitely starting March 2016. Access to the statistics is password protected and only accessible to the website admin.
Additional analytics are, however, also possible for embedded content (captcha form).
Who we share your data with
Access log data is only accessible to the webmaster, who is Guido Juckeland. Access statistics can be made available upon request to the workshop and steering committee (as listed under Committees).
How long we retain your data
Anonymized access logs are stored for 10 days, aggregated access statistics indefinitely.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Your response to the Captcha in the contact form is shared with Google.
